Four weeks <\/strong> of their annual remuneration from the preceding calendar year (minimum \u20ac1,800 and maximum \u20ac5,500) are deducted from their termination allowances to finance their professional reintegration program.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>In case of serving a notice period<\/strong>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe employer must send a valid outplacement offer to the dismissed worker <strong>within 4 weeks <\/strong> following the end of the contract.
