De werknemer krijgt vier weken de tijd om het voorstel te aanvaarden of te weigeren.\r\n\r\nDe ontslagen werknemer heeft recht op <strong>60 uur outplacementbegeleiding gedurende 1 jaar. <\/strong>De tijd besteed aan outplacement wordt afgetrokken van het sollicitatieverlof.\r\n\r\nOutplacement wordt alleen uitgebreid naar <strong>de openbare sector, maar enkel in het kader van het algemene regeling.<\/strong>"},{"title":"Het bijzonder stelsel","description":"","text":"<ul>\r\n \t<li>Ten minste <strong>45 jaar <\/strong>oud zijn op het moment van ontslag (paritaire comit\u00e9s kunnen de leeftijd waarop de outplacementprocedure verplicht wordt, verlagen).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Niet ontslagen zijn om <strong>ernstige redenen<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ten minste <strong>\u00e9\u00e9n jaar<\/strong> ononderbroken in dienst zijn bij de werkgever op het moment van ontslag.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Minstens <strong>halftijds tewerkgesteld zijn.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Niet de <strong>pensioengerechtigde <\/strong>hebben bereikt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;"}],"settings":{"visible":true,"anchor_name":"","spacing_top":"medium","spacing_bottom":"medium"}},{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","framed":false,"wysiwyg":"<h1><span class=\"text-primary-500\"><strong>DaJobs staat klaar voor alle ontslagen werknemers!<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nMoet je werknemers ontslaan die <strong>minder dan <\/strong> <strong>30 weken <\/strong>opzegtermijn hebben?
